Very nice hotel on a walking distance from the airport

If you’re looking for a hotel that provides proper airport transfer, better look elsewhere. Even though “airport transfer” is a service provided by this hotel, they still charge the outrageous amount of 30€ for a 5 minutes ride. Other hotels in the area do not charge anything. Other than that the rooms are standard, nothing special. But for a hotel whose main attribute is closeness to the airport, and not provide a proper service is a deal breaker. Will stay in another hotel next time.

Chose this hotel primarily for proximity to airport, quality assurances plus inclusion of breakfast. In common with other local hotels, airport terminal is an easy 15 mins walk. Bed was not comfortable for us, in part possibly exacerbated by broken air conditioning (and Maintenance staff only available after our departure). Breakfast items felt/looked as though they had been produced from a packet - especially “scrambled” eggs and bacon. To be fair, unripened oranges were available for self-juicing, but that was such a messy process. In general, unappetising and unappealing. Whilst fair to say one can’t expect everything to run perfectly, there was no option to escalate complaints or for management to reflect some form of consideration for the inconveniences. On another occasion, sorry to say we would choose a different airport hotel option.
