Overall the stay was fine, but I didn't have a good nights sleep because the air con wasn't working properly, it was really stuffy in the room. I called reception in the night and they said they could adjust it from their side, but made no difference. Lots of noise around the area, so not ideal to have the window open either.

Check in till midnight, lovely staff. Less than a 10minute walk from the airport, but quiet and very clean. An exceptionally comfy bed and pillows. Perfect for my overnight stay between flights.

Chose this hotel primarily for proximity to airport, quality assurances plus inclusion of breakfast. In common with other local hotels, airport terminal is an easy 15 mins walk. Bed was not comfortable for us, in part possibly exacerbated by broken air conditioning (and Maintenance staff only available after our departure). Breakfast items felt/looked as though they had been produced from a packet - especially “scrambled” eggs and bacon. To be fair, unripened oranges were available for self-juicing, but that was such a messy process. In general, unappetising and unappealing. Whilst fair to say one can’t expect everything to run perfectly, there was no option to escalate complaints or for management to reflect some form of consideration for the inconveniences. On another occasion, sorry to say we would choose a different airport hotel option.
