CHARMING HOUSE UNDER THE PINES of 90 m2 (sleeps 8) completely renovated in 2019 with parking for several cars and the possibility of parking a small boat.
IDEALLY LOCATED between the center of LA TREMBLADE (1.4km) and the seaside resort of RONCE LES BAINS (1.8km). Beach at 1km.
Shady and fenced garden of 800 m². Wi-Fi (fiber) with free and unlimited access.
No need to take the car during your stay, EVERYTHING CAN BE DONE BY BIKE OR ON FOOT!
Local shops (bakery, supermarket, market etc.), supermarkets, BEACHES 10 MINUTES BY BIKE (cycle path in front of the house), bus line and free little tourist train (stop in front of the house), casino.
Slipway (free), pier and boat rental, jets etc. (1 km).
TO VISIT/WALK: the Canal de la Grève in La Tremblade, the magnificent beaches, La Palmyre Zoo, Fort Boyard, La Coubre lighthouse, Mornac sur Seudre, the Cité de l'Huître in Marennes, the island of Oléron, the island of Ré, Royan, Rochefort/Mer... Hiking or cycling through the forest of La Coubre and along the wild coast. Great funfair "Luna Park" all summer long.

Une location de qualité ! Tout est prévu pour se sentir bien. La maison est très propre et possède tous ce qu il faut et même plus ! De la lecture pour les enfants et des vélos pour toutes les tailles. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, la location très spacieuse pour 6, très propre, très fonctionnelle. Tout était parfait.
Nous avons également été très bien accueillis par des personnes très sympathiques. Nous vous recommandons cette location sans hésitation

La maison était très agréable, rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipée...M et Mme Baucelles sont des personnes très impliquées pour que leurs locataires ne manquent de rien...Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité de leur accueil et leur gentillesse...Merci à eux, nous reviendrons...

Maison très bien équipée pour une famille. Emplacement idéal nous avons pu visiter énormément.. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et très arrangeants. Sans hésiter nous y retournerons!
