About this house rental
The house consists of a living-dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, and 3 bedrooms.
On the first floor: A bedroom with its bathroom. A living room of 45 m2 open to its kitchen.
Upstairs: There are 2 bedrooms with a large shared bathroom. Each bedroom has its own anteroom with a bunk bed and a small child's bedroom for the other.
This house is located on an enclosed orchard of 1500 m2 with its covered terrace.
Our detached house is located at the confluence of 4 departments, close to major cities accessible in less than an hour (Troyes, Dijon, Auxerre, Chaumont), near an A6 motorway exit.
In the village, the Crémant de Bourgogne is harvested and bottled. 25 minutes away you can taste champagne. And head for Dijon you can take the road of the Grands Crus and the Hospices de Beaune.
Located in a village of 70 inhabitants, our local stone house offers you a haven of greenery and calm.
After 3 years of relentless renovations, we wanted our guests a welcoming, warm, modern house but above all conducive to a change of scenery.
How about picking up your eggs in our chicken coop at the back of the property, or picking tomatoes and zucchini in our vegetable gardens, or picking raspberries, blackcurrants, cherries, apples and mirabelle plums.

Then 5 minutes away by car, 7 mountain bike routes that go from blue (easy) to black (difficult)

Maison typique très bien équipée et confortable,le jardin composé d'un potager et d'arbres fruitiers, est très agréable. L'endroit est très calme et reposant. La propriétaire a été très accueillante et connaît très bien sa région. Beaucoup de "très" mais cet endroit le mérite.

Magnifique demeure idéalement située, tout confort et parfaitement équipée, le tout avec beaucoup de goût. Le jardin est très agréable : verger, potager, poulailler et de nombreux espaces de détente. Propriétaire très accueillante, disponible et à l'écoute pour que votre séjour se déroule dans les meilleurs conditions. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !
