The balcony with a view of the sea invites you to linger over breakfast and socialise in the evening. The lovingly landscaped south-facing pool area has wonderful sunny and shady sunbathing areas and a barbecue area. A washing machine is available free of charge. A car park is also available. There is also a house with a pool next door, which can also be used if required.

The holiday flat is bright and modern and offers approx. 75m² of space for up to six people. Three cosy bedrooms offer all travellers enough space and privacy. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, the second has two single beds and the smaller third bedroom has a single bed. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchenette awaits you in the bright living and dining area. In addition to all the important kitchen utensils, you will also find a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob with oven and coffee machine. The large dining table invites you to eat together after preparing and cooking. A small sofa with satellite TV invites you to linger. The sofa can also be used as a bed for one person. The two bathrooms are each equipped with a shower and WC. There is air conditioning in two bedrooms and in the living and dining area, which can also be used as heating in the cooler months. A safe completes the offer.

Mimice is a small tourist village on the Omis Riviera. Mimice has several riches to offer, such as crystal clear water, three kilometres of pebble beaches, the scent and beauty of dense coniferous forest, which is largely considered a protected cultural heritage, numerous walking paths that link the waterfront with old villages proud of their ancient Dalmatian architecture, all the way to the highest peaks of the mountain. Due to its natural and cultural riches, Mimice has played an important role in tourism along the Omis Riviera from the very beginning. To this day, Mimice continues its long tradition of offering cosy accommodation and the hospitality of its inhabitants, traditional Dalmatian cuisine, wine, song and entertainment.

Dogs are welcome and can be brought along free of charge. Tourist tax and final cleaning are charged. Arrival is possible from 3 pm and departure should be by 9 am.
