This exclusive holiday villa is positioned on a sunny hill in the western part of Istria, surrounded by wild forest and nature, so it's a perfect for exploration. It is an area between the river Mirna in the north and the Lim canal in the south.
If you want to enjoy a serene holiday in a private home, where wild birds wake you up each morning, stay at this holiday villa. From the house you can enjoy perfect sea views and on a nice, clear day you can even see all the way to the Alps.
The villa boasts a living area of 220 m² and can accommodate up to ten persons in five bedrooms.
You'll enjoy a deep sleep or an afternoon nap in one of the three double bedrooms situated on the ground floor, two of which have their own en-suite bathroom with a shower, plus one bathroom that comes equipped with a washing machine.
Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms and an entertainment area with a flat screen TV and gaming consoles: Ps3 and Wii.
