The apartment is part of a modern house just 500 metres from the little harbour. It is just 250 metres to the nearest pebbled beach.
This apartment is on the first floor of the house and provides around 100m² of living space. A total of up to six people can be accommodated comfortably. The centrepiece of the luxurious apartment is the spacious living and dining room with access to the big balcony. Modern and light furniture create a pleasant ambience. The corner sofa can also be converted into a sofa bed for two people. A widescreen LCD TV and air conditioning are provided. The two bedrooms each have a double bed. A supplementary bed is also available. The very modern kitchen provides all the essentials, along with an oven, microwave and dishwasher. You can cook together around the kitchen island. The spacious bathroom has two washbasins, a WC and a large shower. There is also a little bath.
The balcony measures as much as 45m² and offers a wonderful view. It has a dining table with six chairs. One of the bedrooms also has a little balcony of 3m². To the rear of the house there is the parking area and there is also a barbecue.
The nearest shop is just 150 metres away. It is a ten-minute walk to the most famous beach on the island. The house is in a quiet district, but all the important amenities are nearby. It is just 4km to Trogir, 8km to the airport in Split and 25km to the large ferry port in Split. Every 30 minutes there are boat connections from Okrug Gornji to Trogir.
