Here you will find a spacious holiday flat with balcony on the upper floor of a residential building in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Blankenburg. You benefit from a quiet location with no through traffic at the foot of the bird sanctuary between Blankenburg and Wernigerode. From the balcony you can enjoy the view over the town and the Harz foreland.
The balcony has a table with four chairs for al fresco dining. An awning provides shade as required. It is very spacious and also has two loungers for sunbathing.

The third bedroom is also equipped with a television and a spacious wardrobe. The heart of the flat is the cosy living room, which is divided into the comfortable living area with a corner sofa, the cooking area with a spacious kitchen and cooking island and a comfortable dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, hob and oven, fridge-freezer combination and the usual small electrical appliances for your convenient and extensive self-catering. Take a seat at the solid dining table on six swivel chairs for your home-cooked meal. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a corner bath, a WC and a handsome undermounted washbasin with mirror cabinet.
