The spacious property is located on the edge of Guatiza, on the foothills of the Cadereta Volcano. Behind the property is a large natural reserve.
The 2,000 m² property is communally accessible. The community pool offers welcome refreshment on a hot day. There is even a trampoline. Enjoy the views over the valley all the way to the ocean.
The owners are available to answer any questions you may have. A travel guide in the house offers current information. Rolf offers Jeep tours into the stunning landscape to the north.
Guatiza is a village in northern Lanzarote. In town you will find the cactus garden designed by César Manrique, complete with a windmill and a cafe. There is also a supermarket, a town hall, a pizzeria, a post office and an atm. It is close to the island's most famous Barranco. Hiking and bicycle trails leave from the property. It is 2 km to Mala with swimming coves and two great restaurants. Arrieta (six kilometres) is a traditional fishing village with restaurants on the ocean and a sandy beach. It is 16 km to Orzola with its beautiful beaches. In Costa Teguise (12 km), you can scuba dive and wind surf and enjoy a meal in a restaurant.

The property:
is located on the edge of the village of GUATIZA, right at the foot of the Caldereta volcano, which offers wonderful panoramic views. Behind us is an extensive nature reserve.
Your garden seating area surrounded by palm trees and cacti invites you to relax and unwind. A charcoal barbecue invites you to cosy barbecue evenings.
The approx. 55m² house is suitable for a maximum of four people. When you enter the house, you are greeted by a spacious living and dining area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the important kitchen utensils. In addition to a gas hob and an oven, there is also a fridge, a toaster and a coffee machine. The dining area not only invites you to eat but also to socialise with a TV. A fireplace provides cosy warmth even in cooler weather. There is a king-size bed in each of the two separate bedrooms. A shower room with WC completes the offer.
ARRIETA (6 km) is an original fishing village with restaurants right by the sea and a bay with a sandy beach. The secluded "snow beaches" off ORZOLA (16km) are ideal for snorkelling and swimming. COSTA TEGUISE (12km) offers not only beaches but also diving and surfing schools, restaurants, bars and much more.

Sehr schöne kleine individuelle Anlage, liebevoll gestaltet, hier kommt man zur Ruhe.
Sylvia und Rolf sind perfekte Gastgeber die immer gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen.
Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
