There is a large door off the bedroom which also gives access to the outside, where there is a chair and a table. Great for pets or smokers, for example. No lake view.

The jetty is located directly opposite our building and welcomes you for sunbathing and swimming. You enter the holiday flat via the impressive entrance area of the listed building. The exclusively furnished flat offers you the highest level of living comfort and impresses with its unique ambience and exquisite designer pieces. All rooms are decorated with modern art paintings. We are always happy to welcome dogs and children. The high-quality equipment includes 2 TV sets (bedroom and living room), DVD player and a DVD collection for rainy days. FREE WIFI is a matter of course. The car park is located directly at the property.

The nearest outdoor pool, the Monte Mare lido, is just 300 metres away. In winter you will find the lakeside sauna at the same location - which offers cooling off in the lake after a sauna session.
