Holiday apartments amidst greenery close to the natural beach
The Casa Roberta holiday apartments are in a quiet and green location in Madonna delle Grazie, which belongs to the picturesque and vibrant town of Capoliveri.
The apartments are in the midst of nature, characterised by Mediterranean vegetation, and just 200 metres from the little bay of Madonna delle Grazie and the coast with many little bays, within walking distance. The apartments have been decorated and furnished carefully and outside they have a barbecue and roofed parking space.
The flats of this house are in the municipality of Capoliveri in the small, quiet locality of Madonna Delle Grazie. A place so peaceful that in the 18th century, this location was chosen as a refuge for Augustinian friars returning from the Island of Montecristo, and for the hospitality they received, they erected the sanctuary where inside there is a very valuable painting of which it is said that the draft design belonged to Michelangelo Buonarroti.New in the programme: this accommodation has just been offered. The flats were built in the 1980s but undergo renovations every year to adapt them to modern-day requirements.
This flat is ideal for 2 people or for a family with two children, it has an independent entrance and outdoor area with a porch overlooking the sea. It consists of: double bedroom, bathroom, living room kitchen with two single beds
The property, surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation and pinewoods, hosts other accommodations of the Bartolini family, accommodations always in small villas and in nice flats of recent construction such as Villa Artemide. The village is 1.7 km away and can be reached in a few minutes by car, where guests can take advantage of a private car park. Otherwise, they can always reach the village by taking the historical path from the Sanctuary to the main square of Capoliveri.
