The location was great, and it was really easy to access. I was a bit sceptical of a different type of checking in and out than I was used to, but we had no issues at all. It was bigger and more cozy than expected!

The cleaning of the bathroom was a bit poorly (which led to us not feeling like using the shower during our stay) and the bed sadly wasn't very comfortable so both my partner and I had extremely sore and stiff backs after sleeping there.

Clean, comfortable, quality furnishings and bedding. Coffee/tea making facilities, even plenty of coffee available with filters and everything needed !

Bit of noise from the street on Saturday night ! Smoke alarms on the shelf with no batteries in them instead of working and mounted on the ceiling !!

The location was very good and close to the main attractions, which made sightseeing very convenient.

The apartment looked much worse than in the photos. The furniture and equipment were quite worn out: the sofa was heavily used, the toilet paper stand was unstable and falling apart, the window blinds rolled up by themselves and did not properly cover the windows, and the cookware was old and worn. The biggest issue was cleanliness. At first glance everything seemed fine, but after a closer look it was very disappointing. The sofa was stained, the stain hidden under cushions. There were hairs in the bathroom, cobwebs in the corners, greasy hand marks on the windows and walls, and the oven and stove knobs were covered with grease and dust. The coffee pot for the coffee machine was disgustingly dirty, with burnt black coffee residue inside. I had to soak and wash it several times before using it. There were also lipstick marks on the drinking glasses, which was very unpleasant. The photos and description showed that a tumble dryer was provided, but in reality there was none in the apartment. There was only a washing machine, but no way to dry clothes, which made laundry inconvenient. Another concern was safety. The entrance door to the building was not locked at any time, so anyone from the street could enter. The apartment door itself was also in poor condition, with loose screws in the lock and handle. Finally, there was a strange and unpleasant chemical smell (similar to chlorine or strong cleaning products) upon entering the apartment.
