New condo in the University City section of Philadelphia. Within walking distance to public transportation and many restaurants. Great location to checkout Universities for college kids. Only 10 minutes to Center City. Private secured parking for 1 car in our attached garage.

Condo was very good for what we needed. Kitchen, living room and bedrooms were all good size and beds were very comfortable! Living room area was well equipped with sofa, chair and nice footstools to rest your feet on. Second bathroom vanity was small with limited space for bathroom accessories but workable. Other bathroom was great. Kitchen only had one hand towel and a limited number of spoons (we left a few plastic ones in the drawer), so we would suggest adding a few more. If you only have one vehicle, parking is great but if you have two vehicles, parking could be a bit stressful and hard to find. We were able to end up finding a spot across the street and ended up leaving the 2nd vehicle there and traveling back and forth to where we needed to go in one so it worked out fine.Tina was very responsive to questions, kind, patient and great to work with! All of her instructions for check in and check out were perfect. I would definitely recommend her place to others if they were looking for a place to stay in Philly!
