New condo in the University City section of Philadelphia. Within walking distance to public transportation and many restaurants. Great location to checkout Universities for college kids. Only 10 minutes to Center City. Private secured parking for 1 car in our attached garage.

This apartment was in a great spot with access to the subway about a ten minute walk away. Everything was clean and well maintained, and it was wonderful having a private parking spot to use. We parked our car and didn't move it until we checked out of the apartment.

Property was exactly like the pictures. The only problem was difficulty finding extra towels. After a couple days we did find them, but not in a convenient place, in the drawers under the bed.

Pros: nice communal space, both bedrooms have plenty of space and beds were very comfortable. Having two bathrooms and available laundry made the stay very enjoyable, and the provision of a tea kettle and Keurig were perks. The walk to the subway station was only 7-8 minutes, making traveling around town without a car quite easy.Small heads up: prepare for some street noise (as you get in a city); the room-darkening curtains don't get very dark, so bring an eye mask.The hosts were responsive and having a covered parking place was amazing! Would definitely recommend.

This place is super nice, really clean and has everything you could need! Convenient and easy to get around! The roof tops awesome Nd the parking is super! Def our new favorite spot!!10 stars!!!!
