SurfSide is a peaceful beach retreat located in the heart of Jenness Beach. This newly constructed 4 bedroom home is one of nicest available rentals in New Hampshire. It is beautifully furnished and in immaculate condition. SurfSide boasts a great yard, complete with Weber grill making it perfect for cookouts and gathering with family and friends. The home also boasts a large finished basement with bunkbeds, great for young kids or teenagers. Guests of SurfSide are a short walk to Summer Sessions Surf Shop, where they can enjoy Acai Bowls and fresh breakfast sandwiches, and The Carriage House, featuring upscale American dining and the best cocktail menu in coastal New Hampshire.
Enjoy morning coffee or read a book in SurfSide's large screened-in porch, or take an afternoon stroll along Jenness Beach. The quiet beaches make it perfect for young children, while older kids and adults can enjoy paddle boarding and surfing. The sunsets are amazing and the beach never gets too busy. With perfect views of nearby Isles of Sholes, enjoy sunset barbecues or clam bakes, and cocktails with family and friends. Ride a bike through our quiet neighborhoods and explore the rich18-mile New Hampshire coastline. Take a 10-minute drive to quaint Portsmouth and enjoy some of the finest restaurants in New England, or play the Skee-Ball and pinball machines at the Funarama Arcade in bustling Hampton Beach.
The 9% New Hampshire Room and Meals tax is only paid on rentals with a period of 185 days or less. Any lease longer than 185 days is exempt from New Hampshire Room and Meals Tax.

We loved our stay here in Rye. The house was clean and beautiful - only steps away from the beach and a cute coffee shop where we got breakfast sandwiches every morning. Would definitely recommend!

The house is fantastic. Everything was as pictured and in good working order. The kitchen had all that we needed. Beach is a 4 minute walk. Very mellow vibe all around.
