Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment;
Guests have access to all resort amenities including RJ's (also accepts cash). Other food and beverage establishments (such as pool bar) are not included.
Other Things to Note:
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.
For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.
Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must me made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.
In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).

The check in process was fairly easy as all we had to do was go up to our room and key in the code to get in and that was it. When we walked into the room, the beds were made and everything was prepared nicely for us. However whenever we tried to get the Murphy bed down, it would not stay down…so the fifth person had to sleep on the couch the whole week. The resort was okay at best - definitely a place for a family but not for young adults who just want to relax at the beach or by the pool. The room had some cosmetic imperfections with how some of the doors closed and the condition of the doors. Overall this place was good.

It wasnt very clean when we got there. Not too big of a deal, just wiped things down myself. Does need a new broom and mop. Both were rather old. The resort amenities were nice and everyone was friendly and helpful.
