Unwind in the cozy bedroom with two queen-size beds, a dresser, and a flat-screen TV. Need more space? The living room boasts a convenient Murphy bed, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment;
Guests have access to all resort amenities including RJ's (also accepts cash). Other food and beverage establishments (such as pool bar) are not included.
Other Things to Note:
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.
For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.
Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must me made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.
In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).
Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 3.5% will be deducted from the total amount.

Beautiful beachfront view!!! Best feature about the condo was the beach front view and ocean sounds!! Nice size for 2 people. Location and distance to Myrtle Beach boardwalk was wonderful. Lots of great places to eat and explore. Was a bit disappointed on the cleanliness. There were sand and seashells on the floor when we walked in, dirty and stained couch, and a dirty bathtub or needs to be reglazed. A king size bed frame for a queen size bed was a trip hazard throughout our stay. The glass top stove was broken and cracked and made us hesitant to use it for cooking. These items were reported to Coastal Properties Management when we arrived. Finally, the condo lacked the details of a personal VRBO home and felt more like a hotel rental.
