The quiet apartment is right at the heart of Budapest in a historical apartment building. The quiet interior courtyard for shared use has a beautiful garden that is currently being newly laid out. There are two public parking decks about 220 metres away.
The apartment of around 70m² is on the ground floor of an apartment building and has a classy interior. The big living room provides a sofa with a Samsung 40” Smart TV (cable TV) for relaxing in the evening. The sofa can be used as a bed for two children (up to 12nyears old). The adjoining bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can also be joined together. The separate kitchen also adjoins the living room and is equipped with all the necessary utensils, a fridge-freezer, an electric stove, coffee machine and microwave. The big dining table invites you to enjoy meals and sociable gatherings. The modern bathroom with a corner bath, washing machine and WC rounds off the accommodation. Owing to the central heating, the apartment can be let out all year round. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A pet is allowed free of charge.
