The house is situated in a quiet residential area in Fazana, in the Valbandon area. It is about 2km to the romantic fishing village Fazana and about 7km to Pula.
The Mediterranean garden is planted with olive trees, palms, laurel, lavender, rosemary and herbs. The outdoor pool, the lawn and garden, as well as the gas grill, are available for use by all our house guests.
The apartment is on the first floor of the house with a view towards the garden. It provides around 70m² of living space, comprising two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a shower/WC and a balcony. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), the other with two single beds (90 x200cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed. If there are only two gests, the second bedroom can be set up as a living room. The modern and functionally furnished apartment has two wardrobes, cloakroom space, a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, washing machine, satellite TV and a radio alarm. There is Wi-Fi reception.
Very close to the house there are several restaurants and grocery shops. You can find large supermarkets in Fazana or Pula. It is about a ten-minute walk to the nearest family beach and there are other natural beaches a few minutes’ drive away. All the beaches at Valbandon have water sports facilities (boat hire, jet-ski, paragliding, diving, pedalos). The Valbandon beaches are especially popular among families with children, owing to the flatly shelved shore and the shade. Valbandon belongs to Fazana and is a starting point for trips to Brijuni National Park, the group of islands you can see from here.
