This holiday villa Roko is in the little village of Posedarje, about 20km from Zadar. The stone house was built in 2016, has a heated pool (up to 28,more on request-need to pay extra), offers a sea view and is just 80 metres from the beach. The little Posedarje community is away from mass tourism and is therefore especially suitable for families with children seeking privacy and peace and quiet.
The living space of 130m² can accommodate six to a maximum of eight people (6+2). The three (3) bedrooms are furnished with three double beds 160x200 cm wide. One supplementary bed+ 1 Baby bed can be set up in the living room (on request). The living room provides a comfortable sitting corner with two sofas and a flatscreen TV, as well as a dining space. The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, freezer,microwave oven and dishwasher. The two modern bathrooms are each fitted with a shower and WC. The house is equipped with 4 air conditioning and wireless Internet access.
House is 6+2(kids) Persons.
You can sit comfortably and relax on the terrace looking out over the pool and towards the sea. The 32m²heated pool is ideal for cooling off and having fun on hot summer days. Loungers are provided for enjoying the sunshine. There are four car parking spaces on site.
A trampoline can be provided on request. You can also hire a boat near by (for boat you have to make reservations in centar Posedarje ). Pets can be brought only on request.
Pool is not open from november - end of april.
It is 800 metres into the centre of Posedarje with restaurants, a pizzeria, a café, a supermarket, a bakery, a doctor and a pharmacy.
Big city Zadar is 20 minuts away.
