Two renovated stone houses with their own shaded terrace and a shared courtyard, on a private plot of land right by the sea
These two detached holiday houses are on a 1100m² plot of private land, which is just 30 metres from the sea and the concrete beach. The site is in quiet surroundings, near the small coastal resort of Maslinica on the island of Solta. The two stone houses are about 10 metres from each other and are accessed along an asphalted road 300 metres long.
Each house has its own 25m² terrace, with seating, benches and a table, as well as deckchairs, and providing natural shade. There is also a courtyard with a barbecue and an outdoor shower, which are available for all guests to use. Four parking spaces are provided. From the site you can enjoy a wonderful view of the blue sea, which is right in front of your eyes.
The beach and the sea are practically on the doorstep. You only need to go through the garden gate. It does not get much better than that. It is 500 metres to the centre with its restaurants and shops.
The renovated, one-storey house provides 45m² of space for up to five people. The two bedrooms have a double and two single beds and there is a sofa bed in the living room, as well as a TV, fan and a dining table with a bench and chairs. Next to it there is the separate kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and cooking utensils. The bathroom provides a shower, WC and hairdryer.
