We had stayed at the apartment in 2022 and decided to stay again in 2023. The location is excellent and we have visited Argeles many times and stayed in the same area. The apartment has everything we needed, the complex in which the apartment is situated has a communal swimming pool which is excellent. The community within the complex are very friendly and fro the 2nd year in a row they organised a drinks and food event with everyone invited.

We met the owner's representative to get the keys and gate zappers as it is a electronically gated development. There was an issue identifying where the bedding was stored but that was resolved when some sealed boxes were opened. Argeles has many restaurants and bars in the centre of town and unfortunately a number of young people attend these bars and leave to go home in the early hours of the morning making a great del of noise going back to their cars. As we kept the large window facing the car park open due to teh very hot weather we did get disturbed on a couple of nights.

We know Argeles-sur-Mer well and normally stay in a friend's property, however, this was not available for our dates in September. We investigated and identified this property which is close to where we normally stay. The property is within a gated development and the residents are friendly. The development has a swimming pool which is maintained daily during the season and is a great facility. The apartment is comfortable and the facilities are good.

Although we communicated our arrival time at the development, we had to wait for the woman who looks after the apartment on behalf of the owner to turn up. She had been delayed, the day was very hot and we had to wait in a busy car park immediately outside the complex. The car gates only open with a Zapper/Tele device and this is provided by the representative with the apartment keys . There was some late night/early morning shouting and talking from mostly young people leaving restaurants/clubs as they went back to their cars in the public car park. The apartment overlooks the public car park.
