A great respite and haven to rest!
This was the best place for value, comfort, and professional hospitality I have stayed in in Italy. It was super clean, very spacious, modern , bathroom with full accessories. The hosts Luca and his mother are super considerate and conscientious. Luca went out of his way to contact a car rental company which I had had problems with to verify some charges they were posting . Great people ., great place! Highly Recommended !

Luca did a very good job making us feel welcome and comfortable! The place is 10 minutes walk from the beach and 2 min from a very good supermarket. Breakfast was good.
Would have been nice to be able to use the kitchen. If not, at least a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee would be a nice addition.

Heerlijk verblijf !!
De gastvrijheid en heerlijke ontbijt en ruime kamer ! Vriendelijk ontvangen door Miss Anna. En de dagen daarna heeft Luca ontbijt verzorgd met heerlijke taarten/cakes gemaakt door Miss Anna! Ik kreeg een fiets te leen en ook informatie over wat er te doen is in de omgeving ! Zeer gastvrij

Kings and Queens.
Het was een warm welkom. Privé parkeerplaats. De kamer was licht en ruim, met balkon. En we kregen op verzoek een waterkoker en mokken voor de thee. Badkamer en sanitair prima. Heel goed bed! En de volgende morgen was de keuken open. Daar was gastheer Luca die een geweldig ontbijt voor ons verzorgde. Met alle ingrediënten en (door mevrouw) zelfgebakken taart. Dat was super. En wij hoefden zelf niks af te wassen of op te ruimen. Wij voelden ons koningin en koning. Hotelkwaliteit! (en dat dus elke ochtend, hè). Diano Marina (5 minuten lopen) is een heel gezellig stadje met veel horeca. En het strand is bijzonder goed. Bagni Delfino is op 10 minuten lopen, heeft een heel schoon en verzorgd zandstrand. Heerlijk. En Diano Castello is een leuk uitstapje vlakbij.
Op sommige momenten van de dag was het café aan de overkant wel wat luidruchtig. Maar ‘s nachts was het lekker stil.

La camera è spaziosa e accogliente. L'arredamento è molto semplice e funzionale. Pulizia ottima. Colazione super buona e abbondante. Staff molto cordiale.

Tre giorni di relax
Posizione vicino al mare, uso biciclette, parcheggio riservato. La colazione piacevole con Luca a farci compagnia ,ci ha fatto piacere. Una lode alle torte della mamma Anna (sono allergica e ogni giorno trovato il biglietto con gli ingredienti scritti da lei per mia sicurezza). Stanza pulitissima e letto rifatto ogni giorno. Letto e cuscino comodi. Ho apprezzato in bagno le salviettine struccanti. Nella struttura c era poca gente, quindi non abbiamo sentito rumori particolari durante il riposo. Zanzariere e aria condizionata. Lo consiglio.
Non direi non piaciuto ma piuttosto un suggerimento o consiglio; l accesso alla sala ristoro è riservata a qualche ora la mattina, sarebbe quindi utile avere qualcosa a disposizione anche in camera visto che c è un piccolo frigorifero. Oppure un bollitore per una tisana e qualche bicchiere.
