There is something so enchanting about this little town. Even though it’s been weeks since I visited, I still find myself thinking about it. I loved being so close to the trails, and the whole village just has this happy, quaint energy that feels almost magical. Sitting outside eating at one of the little restaurants, surrounded by such breathtaking scenery, was one of those simple moments that just sticks with you. I also really loved the hostel—it reminded me of my younger backpacking days in the best way. It was charming, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The pillows were incredibly comfortable, the shower pressure was surprisingly amazing, and one of my favorite things was simply opening the window at night and enjoying how peaceful and quiet everything was. Such a special little village. I would absolutely go back. ❤️

The walls are quite thin, so just know that you may hear your neighbors next door. The amenities are simple, but honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. This place is much more about the experience, the charm, and the incredible surroundings than where you’re sleeping that night. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable beds, simple and a bit older place but had everything needed and was clean! Nice for a stay between hiking days.

Too bad that breakfast wasn’t included like in many other places in the Picos.

Hostess/receptioness/waitress was EXTREMELY rude, so much so that we went elsewhere to eat.
