Updated duplex in south Austin. Close to shops, restaurants, and pharmacy. Phenomenal location ! Very convenient access to major roads and highways. Close to biking and walking trail. Free private parking (use of carport must be approved), free WiFi, free Netflix movies. Only 8 miles (about 15 mins. drive) to downtown Austin. Pet stays for free !

Was perfect for our family of 3 and enough for 4 or 5. Big enough back yard for our puppy to play. Convenience store next door. Clean and operational. Owner was quick to respond to questions.

The vrbo was perfect for my visit to Austin, it was close and convenient to my daughter's house, local stores and restaurants. It is close to a busy street but I knew that being familiar with the area. Our host was very responsive the couple of times we reached out. It fit the bill perfectly for our needs!

Overall this was good enough. Unfortunately, the house is more run down than the pictures let on, and has aged slightly. The bathroom was not quite as clean as the photos show. My biggest issue, however, is that the pictures show a usable backyard, but when we arrived the grass was so tall I didn't feel comfortable letting my dog off his leash for fear that there could be snakes or something else in the grass I couldn't see. The area also doesn't seem to be the safest. Like I said, overall it got the job done, and it was one of the cheapest VRBOs available in the area and I see why. If you're looking for a cheap stay and don't mind some minor inconveniences, this is fine.
