Our beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and is thoughtfully designed with families, comfort, and simplicity in mind.

🛁 Enjoy two full bathrooms stocked with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary organic shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
🍳 Our fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home, plus filtered drinking water directly from the kitchen sink.

👨👩👧 Families are always welcome! We provide children’s books, toys, beach chairs, beach toys, bicycles, a high chair, stroller, car seat and a full-size washer and dryer to make your stay easier.
🐶 Well-behaved dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee.
🏡 This home is one side of a well-maintained duplex with its own private entrance, driveway parking, and fully fenced backyard, providing guests with privacy while being part of a quiet residential neighborhood.
✨ Your comfort is our priority. The home is professionally cleaned before every stay and receives regular professional pest control service to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment.

Overall this property worked well for us. We were mainly doing day trips for birding and this location was central to Sanibel, corkscrew, sites in Charlotte and Sarasota counties, etc. The house itself (really a duplex flat) was very nice inside and well-maintained. The main reason I can't give it all 5 stars is that the adjoining neighbors of the duplex were pretty noisy a lot of the time,especially the dog, and sometimes young kids screaming. we ate out on the patio one night and they put the dog outside. It sat at their back door and barked nonstop. But most nights the dog barking was heard from inside too. I don't know if those were residents or also renters, but the listing doesn't make mention of the duplex situation. It was only mentioned in the checkin materials. Curiously, the streetview image for that address is a construction site.

The home and yard were great. However, we thought it was a private home and it was a duplex. The sound proofing between the homes was not the best.
