• NO Pets are allowed! "HOA has strict no pet rule & Home Owner is very asthmatic - You will be asked to leave, with no refund"
• Our condo is in a safe community (gated & videoed) located at 9201 Coast Guard Rd, Emerald Isle, NC 28594
Some important Details;
1.) You must bring Queen size linens, towels, washcloths, toiletries, and soaps.
2.) Only rented Saturday to Saturday
3.) Check in - 3pm, Check out – 10am
4.) Please Note: No boats, trailers, or any towed items are permitted on the premises.
5.) Parking Permit must be on vehicle's dash.

We had a great stay at this rental. It was exactly as described and the ground floor location made it super convenient for packing/unpacking and trips to the beach. The owners are very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was in a great location, it was clean, and there was a lot of space for two people. The walk to the beach took us about 4 to 5 minutes. We had an awesome vacation in Emerald Isle!

We have stayed in this condo before and were delighted to be able to stay again. Bernie and Debra are great host. The condo is clean and neat. It is a short walk to the beach, but we dont mind. Restaurants and stores are close by. Gaffer's is so convenient. We recommend this VBRO!Joe and Gail
