Welcome to Grand Beach Gold & More, an elegant 6-bedroom, 7-bath retreat spanning a full acre of privacy. This is where multi-generational memories are made. Whether you’re hosting a milestone family getaway or a sophisticated reunion, this estate offers the space, luxury, and amenities of a private resort.
THE OUTDOOR OASIS
Step outside to your own personal playground. Our private acre is designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living:
- The Pool & Spa: Take a dip in the heated pool (maintained at a perfect 86°F) or unwind in the bubbling hot tub.
- Alfresco Dining: A dedicated outdoor grill island and dining area, perfect for summer cookouts.
- Evenings Under the Stars: Gather around the fire pit after a day at the beach.
ENTERTAINMENT FOR ALL AGES
From the curated game room to the spacious, sun-drenched living areas, there is a "zone" for everyone.
- The Kids' Wing: A massive bunk room that sleeps 5, ensuring the cousins have their own space.
- The Master Suite: A King-bed sanctuary for the heads of the family.
- Active Fun: Walk to the Grand Beach golf course, playgrounds, and tennis/basketball courts.

Enjoy the exclusivity of Grand Beach. You are a short, scenic walk from the private Lake Michigan shoreline and the historic clubhouse. You have the quiet of a gated community with the convenience of being minutes away from New Buffalo’s dining and Michigan’s best wineries.
PLANNING YOUR STAY
- Peak Season Stays: To ensure a premium experience, we feature Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rentals during the peak summer season (May 25th – Sept 8th).
- Pool Season: The pool is open and heated to 86°F from late May through October 15th (weather permitting).
- Check-in: The primary guest must be 30+ years of age (ID required).
- The Essentials: We provide a high-quality "Starter Kit" (2 rolls of TP per bath, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 trash bags, and hand soap). For large groups staying a full week, we recommend planning for additional laundry/dishwasher soap and paper goods.
- Community Harmony: Grand Beach is a peaceful residential enclave. We maintain a strict No Pets and No Smoking policy. Out of respect for our year-round neighbors, large parties or events are not permitted.

We had a great stay in Grand Beach! House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of space for kids and families to play, have fun, and enjoy meals together at the big dining table! When we had a question, the host responded right away. We were able to enjoy an outdoor bonfire in the fall weather and then the next day we enjoyed a gorgeous snow storm cozied up inside. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you for a great weekend!

The house was well equipped and had everything we needed and more. The location was close to local amenities. Although close to the railroad the noise was minimal. The architecture was very nice and the outdoor space was great. The house could use some wall cleaning, better lighting and refreshed shower liners. Overall a comfortable house.

We had a grand time. First time doing this and all was great! The weather was cold but that happens. The pool was a big hit with all. Would like to come back when the weather is warmer but looks like it fills up fast. Thank you so much you were very kind with all my questions
