The house is beautiful and a nice location for easy beach access! The pool, hot tub and pole table got a lot of use with the teens and kids in our group and were great amenities to have. Our group also agreed that none of us have ever stayed at a house that the kitchen was as well stocked as this one! Crockpots, Ninja blenders, Ninja CREAMi, 2 coffee pots, electric skillet, steamers, etc. The only complaints from the group had been the cleanliness of the bathrooms and spiders! The bathrooms could definitely use some additional cleaning. Not terrible, but not what we expected for a house we paid this much money for. And also spiders! There were quite a few on the first and second floors. Even with these minor complaints, we would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Despite the rains that Storm Debby brought during our week, Sea Star did not disappoint. The location is the most convenient and the furniture on the main level and sun porch was clean and comfortable!
We only had a couple issues, but they were quickly resolved (mowing of volleyball area and unlock of the right dishwasher).

We had a really nice time at Sea Star. The location is excellent! The pictures made the great room and kitchen look bigger than they were, but there was still plenty of room for the 11 of us. We had some maintenance issues (ice machine and dryer) when we got there but the property management company came out and addressed them within a couple of days. The decks and the railings need some updating. The beds were comfortable and the pool area was great. Overall though, it was a really nice house and we had a fun time!

We LOVED staying here! The location was perfect as it’s just across from beach access. The area was far enough down that the beach was never crowded even thought OBX is extremely crowded this summer.
Pros- We loved the set up of the house and the outside. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the inside spaces and the outside spots. The master bedrooms are stunning and comfortable. The kitchen is awesome and the bar area has an amazing ice maker for coolers and cold beverages. The kitchen even has to dishwashers. The pool is awesome and the shaded spot is great for hanging out outside of the sun. The views are spectacular.
Recommendations- The inside has clearly been updated and is beautifully decorated. The outside needs a good power wash and is a bit dated. There are cobwebs and dead bugs. It didn’t bother us but just something we noticed!
