Su situación y las instalaciones. Muy amplio y cómodo.
Los vecinos, los niños chicos del bloque hacen que parece que se caiga el techo. El patio interior a donde dan las habitaciones hay porquería y huele mal, el cuarto de baño no tiene rejas y se puede colar cualquiera
