Lovely accommodation, excellent communication.

Excellent communication from host and easy check in app. Accommodation was part of a lovely quiet eco development near the wonderful Porthtowan Beach. The lodge contained everything we needed.

Super accommodation. Ideal for a family or a group of friends with the beach just a short walk away.

The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a good range of essential items on the welcome tray and in the welcome pack. The location of the property was great and very convenient for the beach which was just a short walk away. Communication from the hosts prior to our arrival was great. Plenty of information in the ebook which was on an app and text messages meant I knew exactly what to expect. It was easy to find and easy to gain access via the lockbox. Overall, we had a great one night stay in a lovely house in a fantastic location.

The location, the bedroom downstairs, the amount of bathrooms, the hot tub , the peace because it was out of season. A lovely welcome pack, and great communication.

Couldn’t fault the stay, wonderful from start to finish

The perfect stay for a group. The location was moments away from the beach, and the property was equipped with everything you could need. The host was incredible and sent us a guide- I couldn’t fault the stay. Would absolutely recommend this property!

Absolutely delightful!

Could not fault anything at all. Was easy to locate and the hosts were friendly. Helped out with what ever we needed. For the money we paid this place exceeded expectations! Beautiful little village, would definitely go back!

Great stay in lovely well equipped complex next to an amazing beach. House could be a little cleaner

We loved the location to the beach, well equipped place and of course the hot tub! Porthtowan is an awesome beach and we had a few great walks along the coast nearby. Beach is sandy and wide with spectacular views. We were lucky to be one of only a few groups staying there. We can imagine it being quite crowded with no privacy in the full summer.

The beds and rooms were a little dirty, we separated the single beds and old rubbish and dirt fell through plus under the beds there was quite a bit of dirt, not vacuumed. The main room had some black hair and fluff left on the covers and the floors downstairs were a little sandy and dirty. Their was a black crow that tapped the windows quite a bit which woke the kids.

beautiful location, short walk to the beach and local pub which is friendly, welcoming and does great food. Great welcome pack and lovely Christmas goodies for humans and dogs! thank you 😊 Amazing hot tub, kitchen well stocked with crockery, cutlery etc. and useful washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher!

Wouldn’t recommend for people with mobility issues, very steep hill to location and also a slope to the property which may be difficult to encounter in wet or icy weather (a guide rail would have helped my elderly mum feel safer) The property was very clean on the surface but we found lots of sweet wrappers, kids drawing paper and even a paint brush down the back of the bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms!! 😩

House was fine for our purposes. Very well appointed.

we cleaned when we arrived. Stairs, windows, looked dirty. Hairs in hand basin and showers/bath. kitchen floor dirty, outside area not swept, very poor. Fridge too small for amount of people. Lounge coffee table a nuisance.

at first there was no WiFi due to connection problems but looks it was a blessing in disguise as we were able to do more bonding like monopoly game and hot tubbing ✅

Amazing place

Very good location, within walking distance to stunning beach about 10 mins. House is very well equipped and there was everything we needed for our stay. Hot tub was an amazing bonus😁Helen was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home in a fantastic location

The location and facilities were fantastic. The hosts had thought of everything which meant we didn't have to. A short walk to the beach and restaurants.

We couldn't get the TV to work. The outside furniture needed a clean before we could use it.

A very nice modern property to accommodate up to 8 people.

The property was modern and well equipped, the hosts were very helpful - The hot tub was great and a welcome sight after a long costal walk! We will definitely consider a return to the property.

Good location, nice holiday home for 8 friends

Nice location by the beach with a good pub and fish & chips shop close by. The property was a little small but enough sized for 8 people and enough chairs to sit around the table. The rooms were all clean and lovely little hot tub available. A lovely gesture of a bottle wine in the fridge was very welcoming.

The beds in the two small bedrooms very too soft for our backs, they felt a little worn down and could be replaced. The bigger two bedrooms seemed fine. No flexibility with check in/out time, check in was 1700 and check out was 0900, which we felt was too early when most places check out at 10/11am. We asked for a slightly later check out and it wasn’t possible.

Good value and nice little area/base to get about.

Spacious and comfy accommodation. Good amenities. We especially liked the beach box, used it everyday and good value. Maybe worth adding wetsuits and charging a bit more.

Our only one issue was there was lots of boys playing football on the green til at least 10 every night and banging the ball against our door. Became a pain as we have a baby and young one who were kept awake. Nothing to do with the property tho.

Excellent. Well thought out accommodation, plenty of room to move about, The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials a family would need. The kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. A more than adequate supply of sanitisers. The hosts sorted out a food order from a local farm which was waiting for us on arrival. The beach, surfing, cafe, pubs and convenience store were within walking distance. All in all I would reccommend a stay, a most pleasent holiday had by my family. Will be back again in the near future.
