This condo was very clean and close by everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our 1st stay in the area. It fit our needs perfectly. Would definitely stay here again.

Our unit apartment was wonderful. Cute, clean and had everything we needed. We were right next to the softball field complexes. The pool was great, but the lawn maintenance was not the best. I think you need to update the property photos, as the complex is under construction right now and many units are being worked on. Plus, the picture of the Colony Club sign on VRBO is misleading because that is at another entrance that did not lead to our units. Other than that, we enjoyed our unit and it was great!

Perfect size for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids).
I liked that this property was in the back and close to the pool. We stayed for 11 nights for baseball tournaments and had a great time.
