The Space:
Once in the unit, the clean and fresh apartment will open up to an ocean view! The kitchen flows into the dining table that seats six and the living area with brand new couches. All of this while you soak in the scene of the Atlantic Ocean.
On the back on the unit, you will have one bedroom with two twin beds with a full bath in the hallway. The Master Bed has a plush new King size bed with en suite bathroom and walk in shower.
Guest Access:
Guest's have access to entire unit, including the breathtaking balcony just off of the living room. Guest's also have access to Seagrove Villa's community pool and private beach entrance.
The Neighborhood:
This property is located just beyond the Wild Dunes Resort on Seagrove Lane. As you drive down Seagrove, you will pass the community pool that you will access to do during your stay. The Seagrove Community allows access to the neighborhood pool that is located directly next to the unit. The pool is open year round but is NOT heated.
Getting Around:
Within the gates of Wild Dunes Resort, the best means of transportation is by bike. The Villa is only .1 miles form the Bike Rental and Tennis Center.

And the neighbor who lives in the building was very nasty.
King & Society is not very good at getting back to you, and don’t even think about arriving even 10 minutes early to the unit the code won’t work, we had to call them and didn’t get a response and it was after 4pm until we could get in the unit we rented. The unit was lovely but I wouldn’t stay in that building again or rent from King & Society.
