Bästa läget! Lugnt och lätt att ta sig till alla restauranger både i centrala Torrevieja och de runt omkring. Känns tryggt även på kvällstid. Stort plus för terrassen på taket.

Huoneisto oli kulunut ja nuhjuinen. Parvekkeet ja kattotersssi olivat likaiset ja kattoterassin portin kahva jäi käteen. Paistinpannu oli niin huonossa kunnossa, ettei sillä uskaltanut tehdä ruokaa. Silitysrauta oli niin likainen, ettei sillä pystynyt silittämään. Huoneistossa oli epämiellyttävä haju ja makuuhuoneen ulkopuolella sijaitseva laihdun oli niin jäykkä, että sitä piti kiskoa itse alaspäin. Kohde oli ehkä hieman kaukana keskustasta. Ranta oli ihan lähellä, muutama minuutti kävellen.
