Great location and view but needs money spent on to improve the facilities and decor.

The location - central and across the road from the sea. Amazing view. Size of living space.

The apartment is tired and needs a face lift. Some of walls were marked and so were the wooden floors. Bathroom radiator was rusty. The washing machine didn’t work and the a/c unit leaked water. No microwave, toaster or kettle (which we have found in other apartments in different locations in Liguria). Not good value for money.

Horrible

Only nice thing about this is the location.

Everything was dirty, old and on top of all dangerous. We were there with 2 small children. Wires hang loose, outlets came off the walll. Had to leave the accommodation in 24 hours because of the unsafety and disgusting environment. Besides the accommodation doesn’t even respond to my emails. Paid for a stay of 4 nights and want my money back.

Nice apartment but needs updating to kitchen and bathroom

The location is excellent! Steps from the beach and great restaurants and just a quick elevator ride up to the train station. All of the excitement is right outside your door. The view from the apartment was a true bonus. spectacular views!

The kitchen and bathroom are outdated as well as the electrical and plumbing. The shower, which is very small, had poor plumbing and the outlets to charge your devices sparks as you plug in and they aren't updated to fit your standard EU plug. they do however provide a connecter for you. I cooked 1 night in the outdated kitchen during my 10 day stay. The stove is very old, you have to light the gas with a lighter. Also VERY steep walk up 2 flights of stairs so keep that in mind with all your luggage.

Unbeatable location

The location of this flat could not be better. The views are astounding and the best of Camogli is on the door step. The bed was comfortable and the space was generous. Kitchen and bathroom were fine. What you would expect for the price and overall great value. Would stay again.

The management company could put a bit more care into the flat. Rattling fan in the bedroom, broken washing machine, no kitchen bin, no stove lighter for the gas stove. Just little things that did not lessen the enjoyment of our holiday (except maybe the rattling fan which made it hard to sleep) but could be easily fixed by paying attention when servicing the flat.

Great for couples,

Amazing location on the waterfront. The view is incredible. Stylish interior, if a little tired. The main bedroom has no window but the design allows for some fresh air

The flat has no AC. In hot summer days you need to keep the windows open at night, making it impossible to sleep on the sofa bed, which is also very uncomfortable.

Camogli resta un posto incredibile

Centralissimo, Posizione strepitosa, vista magnifica, manca microonde ma per il resto c’è tutto, personale cordiale e disponibile. Di fronte all’ingresso della struttura c’è il miglior ristorante di Camogli. Da non perdere l’escursione per la messa di mezzanotte del 24 dicembre a San Fruttuoso (mare permettendo)

Scale (34 gradini) ripidissime e molto strette, ma la Liguria è tutta così, pavimento molto ondulato (sembra di essere ubriachi) ma verrà rifatto completamente a breve

La posizione di fronte al mare

Per una vacanza di più settimane come la nostra, la casa non la riteniamo adeguata. Necessita di una seria manutenzione così come una revisione del corredo e degli elettrodomestici, antichi o malfunzionanti. Oltre a trovare la casa non sufficientemente pulita, abbiamo avuto una serie di disservizi e la comunicazione con la società che ha in gestione la casa è stata complicata. Per l'importo pagato, esperienza deludente.
