Great stay for couples

Great stay for couples wanting to be close to the centre. - 5 min walk to city centre shopping - secure car park - huge tv with free view, casting and netflix - equipped kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine, dish washer, 2 elec hob cooker, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. - 4 glasses, plates, cutlery, knives, scissors, pots and pans included. - comfortable bed - large dressing mirror - very quiet neighbors and area - good pressure on shower with temp ranging everything between scorching hot to ice cold. - tub fills up fast - very simple check in/out - plenty of toilet roll, towels, soap etc provided

Not a lot to dislike but could use a deep clean; Bathroom needs a little cosmetic TLC Carpets could use a deep clean and the curtains too. smaller than expected but still a good size

overall an enjoyable comfortable stay

value for money, excellent for theatres, railway/bus services and city centre. good secure parking. heating didn’t work on arrival but was soon fixed by a very polite lady.

no room in bedroom due to an extra large wardrobe. mirrors too high and inconvenient for ladies to do make up and hair. couldn’t open the blinds

Lovely pre-Christmas stay

The location and car parking felt safe and it was well equipped to do some of our own cooking. We could easily walk into town and also to the University area for a longer walk.

Nice, clean, comfortable stay...easy access and check-in process.Had staff address the heating problems and apologise even when I had called earlier for same issue and one of the support staff responded lousy......Good customer service overall!

Great location, clean

Hardly any cooking supplies. No place to sit at a table (the counter top had no overhang for legs to fit under). All doors were not able to be left open. TV was not working when we arrived and we had to troubleshoot over the phone with the owners. Also, one night mysteriously the the fuse box tripped.

My stay was comfortable, enjoyable and without complications, I would recommend this property

I liked the location of the property and how easy the process was in obtaining the keys and returning them The property was extremely clean and tidy and smelt fresh and inviting on arrival.

Locating the building was a bit confusing as there is no clear No.21 anywhere. I would have liked a freezer compartment within the fridge, especially as it was really hot during my stay and I could not have any ice to cool myself down. I had a small issue with a neighbour regarding parking on my last evening that I flagged with Jesouth and hope that this has now been addressed so that other guests do not have the same experience, but I have not received any feedback on this.
