Apartament pięknie urządzony, czysty, z wszelkimi udogodnieniami. Gospodarz troskliwy, życzliwy, chętny do opowiedzenia o historii miejsca. Części wspólne - salon, jadalnia, kuchnia, ogród nad rzeka - pięknie urządzone, duże i świetnie wyposażone.
Miejsce jest przy ulicy, która mimo ze to małe miasteczko jest dość ruchliwa (spory ruch samochodowy).
