Oceanfront 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located at the Windjammer complex.
***Summer 2026 presents a unique situation: a quarter of the building’s oceanfront balconies are undergoing repairs. Unfortunately, this project has been delayed and spilled into the summer season. To compensate for the construction noise, we’re offering the condo at a discounted rate during this time. All other amenities, including the pool, beach access, and interior amenities, remain available. Our balcony is accessible; however, part of view is partially obstructed by scaffolding. The condo association contractors will be working outside during the hours of 8 AM to 6 PM.***
Private balcony with unobstructed views of the west end of Ocean Isle Beach. Windjammer has a private beach access just a few steps away from the condo and a large community pool to enjoy. An added bonus to the Windjammer complex is an elevator so you don’t have to haul everything up the stairs.
Condo is well kept and clean! Primary suite is equipped a king bed, en suite bathroom and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two double beds and flat screen TV . An additional flatscreen TV is located in the family room with multiple board games and puzzles to add to your family beach fun. There is dining seating for 7 between the table and bar stools at the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities to create your meals at the beach. Full size washer & dryer in the condo. The property complex also has outdoor showers and outdoor grilling area. To be able to stay connected to everyday life, wireless internet is available.
Smart doorbell is located at the front door and utilized for security purposes.
No smoking and no pets.
Bring your own towels and bed linens as they are not provided.
Bring your own beach chairs and umbrella as they are not provided.
Windjammer doesn’t permit jet skis, boats, trailers or golf carts in parking spaces.
Communal Pool is typically open year round. This is subject to change based on local/state proclamations/orders and is not guaranteed.
OIB is halfway between Wilmington & Myrtle Beach plus conventionally located near Calabash, Sunset Beach and Holden Beach. There are over 15 golf courses in the surrounding area, fishing charters and of course all water adventures you are up for. If dolphin watching or turtle hatching is more your speed, OIB is the place for you.

This was a great place to stay. Well furnished and stocked. Easy beach access, nice sized pool, easy parking, and carts to help with unloading and getting stuff moved in. This was one of the easiest check-ins and checkouts we’ve had. We highly recommend.

We were not aware that we needed to bring bed linen and towels, which was an added expense once we arrived. The floors had not been sweep, dust buddies behind the bed. There no floor mats in the bathroom.
