Apartamento muy limpio y amplio. Como recién reformado. Edificios antiguos con grandes ventanales. Silencioso. Hemos estado muy bien allí. Recomendable!!

Por poner un pero, alguna ventana que no se podía abrir y falta algún estor/cortina para la luz. Pero por lo demás perfecto!

Really lovely, bright, airy apartment. The location was good--quite walkable. Loads of space!

A bit noisy, and as it was very hot when we visited, we needed to keep our windows open!

The property is well situated, you can walk to the city market and make a morning out of walking to Praia do relógio and returning. Over the weekend we could always Park in the back street, so there was no problem with the car.

Some things were just not clean, with some stains on the bed linen and dust in several places. The smell of the house isn’t as bad as previous comments describe but it’s definitely there. It’s an old building and you have to climb a set of stairs to get to the apartment. Toilet wasn’t working but host was quick to come up with a solution, had to remove toile cover to flush.
