Stay was needlessly cancelled

I found that my stay was cancelled by the facility. I mentioned that I was handicapped and hoped they had a tub/shower or tub. I told them I make do all the time if they could not accomodate it was OK. I walk with one or two canes and stay in regular rooms all the time. I was hoping they would say... yes we have tubs or tub/shower. I never dreamed I would be a legal liability because of a handicap i overcome all the time. Since the room was gone there was not much I could say when another was not offered. I cancelled the entire business meeting and since this was a call to double check before I arrived in a few days I can only assume I will be reimbursed if I chose to pay in advance. Right now I can't remember if I am owed or not.

Don't cancel someones room until you talk to them first might be a good policy

Stayed here to go to Countdown 2023 with a friend and we liked it very much. It was quick and easy drive to the NOS center. It is a shared house that people rent rooms from, but we didn’t mind at all! The property owners were very helpful and assertive. I would stay again, for next year!

A full refund is expected. Am also a Travel Tourism Management Graduate. They should not be in this business period.

I would like a full refund of monies for this stay. When I got there I had to wait outside in the cold. No one was there when I arrived. I took ill on Christmas. I came back to get my things I plopped on the bed. I put the alarm on in my phone. I never heard it. I have an issue with my legs. What that is the docs need to figure that out. People have to have compassion for other people. There was none here. The wrong date is here to. It’s from the 24th to the 26th.

The bathroom it was the only thing that was updated

My friend said it was very noisy, the kitchen needed an update the bed was very uncomfortable, only thing he liked was the shower, the house needs a little improvement, than it could be very nice

The home owners daughter stayed in the room next door. She would wake up throughout night #2 grunting and screaming. On the third day daughter asked I had “dope” or “coke”. I would not stay here again. bed was also very uncomfortable
