Clean apartment, nice staff

The place is very clean, staff is so helpful and kind. Place is quiet, only the other guests make noise. They should put a notice during the check in time for the people to be respectul of other guests and not scream and shout at 1am. Basic curtosy that people lack.

Room is small. Pillows need to be more comfortable.

I had a lovely stay at this apartment! The standout features for me were the spacious white yard and the beautifully maintained garden — perfect for relaxing outdoors. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable.

While the accommodation itself was a bit smaller than expected and located on a slight hill, these were only minor inconveniences compared to everything else the place had to offer.

Cozy Stay

A warm welcome with a bottle of wine, in a new and modern property with clean and comfortable accommodation. The hosts are very helpful and available for anything you may need. You can enjoy the wine in a private setting in the beautiful garden by the fireplace. The accommodation also offers its own private parking.

Exceptionally clean apartment and everything that you need was in one small but conveniently designed room. The location is good too as it's in a quiet street but you can easily walk to the main street where all the tavernas are. We didn't like the town in general, very crowded, lot's of garbage and bad smells coming from everywhere but it looked like Stay Inn was one of the best places to stay. We were at the ground floor and the terrace didn't have a lot of privacy, maybe they should rent that room without a place to sit outside, but other than that, yard was lovely, hosts were super nice and everything was very clean, as it should. Don't think we will be coming back to Kalikratia but if we did, we'd definitely stay here again.

1) The staff was nice 2) Very nice courtyard 3) The terrace was bigger than the whole apartment.

1) The double bed was 140cm (The child's sofa was 160cm). 2) The villa has a lot of rooms and through the walls you can hear the neighbour coughing or dragging the chair, table etc. The kids are playing around...it's ok...but when they do it until 00:30...with these walls...you don't really sleep. 3) Every morning we had to shower with cold water (possibly solar panels). But in the evening we always had hot water. 4)We had to pay a month in advance...1086eur without breakfast. I think that with the conditions and how little we could rest a fair price would have been 800eur..but the pictures (very nice) do not describe the hot water...the pictures do not describe the noise... Why didn't you report these problems when you were there? 1)Because if 8 mornings in a row you didn't have hot water...even God couldn't heat it... 2)Because the villa's owner couldn't civilize the adults who let the kids run around screaming at 00:30. In this case the manager could have made sure he didn't make the villa with so many rooms in a small house and paper walls. We got apartment(area 25m😜)...they didn't list area on website...they just wrote apartment..again we were cheated.

Great vacation spot

The apartments were excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms are equipped with everything that you would need for your perfect vacation, and we really appreciate the small kitchen appliances and the iron. During our stay our room was clean daily which was really pleasing for us. It's also close to the city center and to the seaside road which has an incredible sunset view.

Modern clean villa with private parking

The premises are exceptional, everything is kept nice and clean. There's a common area to sit with family and friends. The biggest plus is private parking space, so you don't have to worry about parking correctly on the street. The host was super friendly and accommodating, and they left complementary wine and snacks in the room, which was a very nice gesture. All in all, amazing place and we would definitely come again!

We only stayed for one night, so we couldn't find anything to dislike really!

The view of the city is wonderful. We had a huge terrace with a great view.

The hotel is located near the seaside street of the city, which has many benches. This gave us the opportunity to enjoy the sea views.
