Чудова власниця, зручне місцерозташування, все поруч. Все необхідне для комфортного перебування в квартирі є.
Через тонкі стіни чутно кожну дію та розмову сусідів, дуже холодна підлога, постільна білизна потребує заміни)

Це дійсно квартира окрема. Є гаряча вода. Це перший поверх старий квартал товсті стіни. Укриття мала арнаутська 2. Ліжко двомісне спати зручно, матраси постіль ок. Є невеликий холодильник. Квартира для двох людей зростом і вагою "дуже стрункі" я важу 49 кг і мені у ванній було тісно капець. Є фен дали капці є праска. Є катрюля сіль цукор чай і сковорідка, є електрочайник.
Павутиння у ванній на витяжці (ну помийте вже) і павутиння на люстрі шикарній і елегантній (та зніміть її звідти). Диван не дозволяє підійти до шафи нащо там диван взагалі мені не зрозуміло. Відстань між ліжком та вікном 20 см застелити ліжко квест ще той. Ванна на кого розрахована не зрозуміло. Я ростом 156 і вагою 49 еле в неї залізла відстань від пральної машини до стінки 40-50 см. Голяка касатись плітки холодної таке собі задоволення а одягатись взагалі треба тільки в кімнаті.... Було прохолодно і опалення мені не запропонували включити. Я простигла. Одіялко вже літнє. Підлога холодна.я пожалкувала що не взяла з собою електропростирадло.
