The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped including Air-conditioning! Extremely friendly owners and the pool is a bonus. Walking distance into the small town of Elne with a Cathedral and Cloisters. Close to bus stops to Perpignan.

Très bel appartement spacieux, confortable, très bien équipé et lumineux. Situé dans un environnement calme et aménagé avec goût, on s'y est sentis comme à la maison. De plus, une place de parking nous est réservée dans la cour.

We liked the location, the size of apartment, privacy, air con and electric blinds, all the utilities, eg washing machine, security and private entrance.
Minor things: the cover over the pool was a problem for us, and the oven was replaced with a work top oven which we weren’t confident of using.
