Overall, we truly recommend this place and would love to come back!
Wonderful accommodation in a lovely setting. The apartment was comfortable and spacious enough for three adults – with a separate bedroom and an extra bed in the living area. The garden was beautiful, and the pool was refreshing, especially on hot days. The hosts were very kind, and communication was excellent. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. During our stay, we went hiking, visited the national park and the Borromean Islands – there’s a lot to see and do in the area. Highly recommended!
Just a note: the gate from the garden opens directly onto a road – but it's well secured, and the hosts inform you about it in advance. Also, there’s a waste collection site located nearby. It didn’t disturb us at all – no smells or noise – but perhaps the municipality could consider relocating it outside the residential area.

We had a fantastic stay as a family of 5, parents and kids loved the villas and the staff were exceptionally friendly as
Walking distance to Mergozzo, beside the lake, beautiful scenery, the pool, lovely to have a terrace to enjoy your breakfast on. Very modern and well kept. The flowers around the property were stunning! Lovely and quiet while we were there.
Nit picking, but the coffee cup( there was only 1!) and glasses needed to be washed before use as there was lipstick on them.

A fabulous full service apartment with everything you need, lovely bed linen, even kitchen basics like dishwasher tabs... Most importantly for families a good restaurant across the road if you fancy eating out. (Kids playground next to restaurant means you can eat & enjoy a good bottle of wine at your leisure) Some lovely thoughtful gestures by the host Camille !

The rooms are spacious, clean and luxurious. The apartment is beautifully designed. The apartment is 5 minutes walking distance from Mergozzo, along a riverside path. The pool is big and clean, the gardens well looked after and plenty of loungers for all guests.

Great place in and incredible part of Italy
The location is fantastic, right next to the lake. Better than most accommodation. Excellent garden and pool. Camilla was very accomodation in helping us have an excellent stay. We'll be back!

Perfect stay
Clean and brand new apartment with a nice patio to sit outside. Pool was great and location was perfectly located with a small stroll to the lake, promonade and beautiful village and also close to the mountains for hiking or cycling. The host was extremely nice as well.
Almost everything was great. Only recommendation is to provide for a larger table outside (it is a small square table).
