The bedroom features a king-size bed, Smart TV (Roku with your own login), nightstands, lamps, a dresser, full-body mirror, and ceiling fan. Enjoy a full bathroom with toiletries, a living room with a sofabed, dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen.
Perfectly located, Brickell City Centre is just a few blocks away, Downtown is 5 minutes by car, restaurants and bars are within a 7-minute walk, and the airport is only 15 minutes away.
Pets allowed $145 per pet.

No refunds will be given unless:
The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane
Warning area" and/or
A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
Possible Noise Disclosure
We want to let you know in advance that, while the unit is fully private and quiet most of the time, there may be occasional noise from nearby commercial activity during normal business hours. This is part of the neighborhood’s lively and urban atmosphere, and most guests don’t find it disruptive.
We’re mentioning it only for full transparency so expectations are clear — but it should not affect your stay or comfort. If you’re sensitive to noise or need anything to feel more comfortable, just let us know and we’re happy to assist!

The apartment has a nice location, easy to get around (though parking can sometimes be difficult). The window AC units are very loud, I wouldn't have wanted to stay here in the hotter months when AC would need to be used all the time, but otherwise it was a fine place to stay for a few nights.

We very comfortably fit two on the pull-out couch and two on the queen bed. Clean, good location, everything you need for a week-long stay in the apartment. Very convenient location and we felt safe with the locks on the doors and walking as a group at night.
However, I booked the stay for 4 guests in December and 48 before check-in in March the host messaged me asking for an additional fee per guest per night, which would significantly increase the price. I did not agree to this and the host was understanding, but it is very worthwhile to communicate with the host early on if you plan on additional guests, as you may end up paying much more than you initially booked for.
