Leider war der Fernseher nicht angeschlossen. Schimmel in der Dusche und Badfenster. Mobilar aus den Siebzieger Jahren Modernisierung dringend erforderlich

La posizione ottimale, il terrazzo vivibile, appartamento spazioso e climatizzato

Merita senz’altro una rinfrescata, la posizione centrale è cmq molto rumorosa e i serramenti sono molto vecchi, i fuochi, le tende esterne, la doccia, il tavolo da pranzo sta per cedere, manca un coltello da cucina

A bit shabby on the whole, but it’s ok The cleanness wasn’t ideal. The balconies’ floor was dusty and the front one stained. The shower door was stained as well. And mind that the air conditioners are not in the bedrooms, they are in the hall. So, to have your bedrooms be cooled down you have to leave the doors open (forget about your privacy) Still it wasn’t enough for the main bedroom. We asked the owner for the fan, but it was rejected. One more important thing - you will be asked for the deposit. I didn’t see it when choosing the place.
