Leider war der Fernseher nicht angeschlossen. Schimmel in der Dusche und Badfenster. Mobilar aus den Siebzieger Jahren Modernisierung dringend erforderlich

La posizione ottimale, il terrazzo vivibile, appartamento spazioso e climatizzato
Merita senz’altro una rinfrescata, la posizione centrale è cmq molto rumorosa e i serramenti sono molto vecchi, i fuochi, le tende esterne, la doccia, il tavolo da pranzo sta per cedere, manca un coltello da cucina

Location is very good
Facilities were super basic, the floor was not very clean and because we had the boiler and AC on the electricity tripped and had to switch off one of the items
