I am so happy that I reserved this place for my family vacation. The place was very clean and comfy. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. My daughter would wake up in the morning and go for a walk on the trail enjoying the bird sanctuary. We enjoyed the city with its many shops and restaurants. We kept the place tidy and clean and made sure everything is kept the same when we arrived. I would definitely rent this place again in the future. It has a special charm!

Wonderful. Views amazing. Peaceful neighborhood. Close proximity to shops and center of town. New appliances. Easy travel to San Francisco. Alameda is delightful with many unexpected gems in dining. Staying here was fantastic

This was my second time visiting the very nice home in Alameda. My memory of the sunroom was just as nice as my prior visit. I was delighted with the updated furniture in the sunroom which was very comfortable and a nice way to enjoy the waterfront view. The house is as spotless as can be and any information I needed during my stay was in a binder easily identified (street cleaning schedule, internet, local restaurants and sites, etc). It is a nice neighbourhood with only one small complaint was the noise from one neighbour with loud music all day on a Sunday. I am sure there is nothing to be done from the owners side, it was just a small little blip in an otherwise perfect stay. Communication, cleanliness, comfort all were 100% perfect. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Beautiful place right on the water. Very clean and even better in person. The big downside is that there is no a/c. If the weather will be hot it will be uncomfortable in the house. I was unaware of this prior to booking or after I booked. The first day it was 89 degrees in the house during th day and by the last day only got down to 77 degrees.
