Disappointing Experience

Large, spacious villa suitable for large groups, well stocked kitchen, great view.

The property was not cleaned properly with cobwebs all over the living room, bedrooms, and bathroom which triggered allergies for a friend. We found some used underwear under the bed in one of the rooms which was extremely off-putting. The hand shower in the toilet was not usable and leaking

An Absolutely Fantastic Vacation Home!

What an amazing vacation home this is! It’s truly more than fully equipped—there’s nothing you could possibly miss. Everything has been thought of, from toys for kids, DVDs, and games for both children and adults, to first-aid supplies and even dietary supplements (yes, really!). The large kitchen has absolutely everything you could need, including a perfect coffee machine, and there are plenty of comfortable seating options (around seven in total!). A stay at this property is guaranteed to be a hit for anyone. It’s impossible to be disappointed here.

If I had to point out something negative, it would be that I expected a bit more from the surrounding area. Yes, the house is close to Lake Annecy, and yes, you can see the lake from the pool. However, a location closer to the lake would have made it truly perfect. The lake is quite far from the house and is more of a “background” view rather than having the prominence you’d expect from a “Villa du Lac.”

Comfort and style of the property. Area is very nice - lovely village close by. Nice views. Lovely host. Comfortable beds and very clean! Nice room with toys for the children!

Little bit far away from the lake beaches and traffic can catch you out on way back but overall good base point to explore the area! Could do with a small pool for the kids to splash in.

Un joli coin de paradis, au calme et dans le confort! Un proprio très sympa et dispo!

La disponibilité et la sympathie du propriétaire! Il a répondu à nos questions (avant et pendant le séjour) et était présent à notre arrivée. Il nous a bien expliqué les fonctions de la maison (fonctionnement de la clim, de la piscine, etc.), La maison est magnifique (déco, agencement, cuisine extérieure, etc.), très calme et avec une magnifique vue! Annecy est facilement accessible en voiture. Un très bon séjour dans ce petit coin de paradis! Nous recommandons à 100%!

Un petit bémol: arrivée un peu compliquée car les numéros de maisons ne se suivent pas. Nous avons eu un peu de peine à trouver la maison (mais finalement nous avons contacté le proprio qui nous a guidé par téléphone).
