В этой квартире есть все для жизни-вся бытовая техника, посуда, мебель, балкон. Месторасположение очень хорошее- не шумно, близко к пляжу (150-200м), к магазинам, детским площадкам, паркам, остановкам. Отличное место для тех кто с детьми. В то же время недалеко от основного пляж Бенидорма. Однозначно рекомендую! Я полюбила это место.

Close to beach

Nothing very nice

Friendly host was very helpful and on our arrival took us to the supermarket, waited for us and drive us to the apartment and showed us what we needed to know about the apartment.

Listed as a two bedroom apartment but in reality the second bedroom was an alcove attached to the main bedroom separated by a curtain. In the alcove was a bunk bed. This would probably be OK for a family but not so good for two adults. I may have read the wrong review but was expecting the apartment to face the coast rather than another apartment block. Being used to living in a detached house we found it noisy from other apartments and from the street below. The apartment block was well kept and there were pools on the campus which were good for cooling down. Air conditioning was very helpful and good to have a balcony.
