Die Villa Monteilluminato liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse etwas über Fano. Die Straße ist gut, also mit jeder Art von Fahrzeug befahrbar. In der Einfahrt finden mindestens zwei Fahrzeuge Platz, mit etwas Parkgeschick auch mehr.
Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und modern. Die Badezimmer sind ebenfalls modern. Insgesamt war das Haus sehr sauber. Die Matratzen sind recht hart, für uns war das jedoch kein Problem.
Das Highlight war unserer Meinung nach der Außenbereich. Eine große Terrasse mit Meerblick, mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten, ein Tischkicker, Tischtennisplatte und ein Jacuzzi. Hier haben wir uns am häufigsten aufgehalten.
Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin Lucia war problemlos, sie antwortet sehr schnell und ist jederzeit hilfsbereit.
Wir reisten mit Hund, es sind Näpfe vorhanden und das komplette Grundstück ist eingezäunt.

Прекрасная вилла!!! Шикарный вид, невероятная территория❤️ Вилла очень комфортная, есть все необходимое и даже больше! Можно обедать на террасе! Постоянно поют птицы и слышно цикад. При наличии авто - до пляжа 10 минут. Обязательно вернемся! Место просто волшебное. Видно, что дом организован с душой🥰

The excellent location, within 15 minutes by car from the town and beaches of Fano.
The soccertable on the terras
The jacuzzi is a nice feature, but we would have valued the accomodation with 10 points when it would have had a swimming pool.

The Villa is beautiful in fantastic surroundings.
Hot tub was very cold but this is a minor thing. Everything else was stunning!
