NO YOUTH GROUPS - This well-maintained vacation home is located on a lovely enclosed plot of over 1500 m2. The house was modernized in 2020 and is bright and cheerful throughout. The lovely kitchen is open to the cozy living room. The house has three good bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a 120 cm bed, and one with a 140 cm bed. There is one lovely bathroom with a shower and an extra toilet with a sink. The living room opens onto a lovely large terrace with plenty of space to relax. The property also has a swing, sandpit, and a shelter in the garden. Free final cleaning!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
