It is located in a quiet, child-friendly area, only about 50 metres from a beautiful beach. The partially covered terrace area has two sun loungers for summer days, and there is also a swing set for children on the property. Tiled entrance area in the house with washing machine and tumble dryer. The spacious, cosy kitchen/living area for family life is equipped with a TV, satellite receiver, DVD and CD player, PlayStation 3, WiFi (via fibre optic) and a wood-burning stove. The tiled kitchen area is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and 100-litre freezer. There are also two bathrooms with showers. The larger bathroom also has a 6-person whirlpool and a sauna, as well as direct access to the grounds and the nearby beach. All tiled floors in the house are equipped with comfortable underfloor heating. There are four bedrooms and an additional loft for the children. In addition, an energy-efficient heat pump has been installed to reduce heating costs. Final cleaning is also included in the price!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
