NO YOUTH GROUPS - HEAT PUMP T / FLOOR HEATING + CONSUMPTION WATER = ENERGY-FRIENDLY HOUSE On an almost enclosed plot is this delicious holiday home from 2011. The beautiful kitchen is in open connection with the lovely spacious living room. In both the kitchen and the living room there are skylights, which means that there is a fantastic light in these living rooms. Kitchen and living room are separated by a small bar section. Here you can really sit and enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee while the & quot; chef & quot; stands in the kitchen. From the living room there is access to a nice large partially covered terrace, where you can spend many holiday moments, both with barbecue evenings or with sunbathing. Should you be a little unlucky with the weather, then the beautiful activity room with i.a. pool table and darts on plenty of pastime options. There is underfloor heating throughout the house except in the bedrooms. The house has 4 bedrooms, all with double beds and closets, as well as a nice large bathroom with 2 pers. spa. Furthermore, the house has an additional bathroom with shower. This is connected to one bedroom. The house also has a nice big light loft, where the slightly older children will probably find it cozy to stay. The house is super ideal for the slightly larger family, or maybe two families who want to spend their holiday together in the beautiful Blåvand. Access to shed with the option of storing e.g. bicycles. Free final cleaning!
